When to upload artwork

At what point in the process should I upload my artwork?

You can upload artwork at any time during the ordering process using our artwork upload link. Just make sure to include your contact information and the same company name that placed the order. After placing your order, we need to upload your artwork in order to move forward.

Proof Time

How long will it take to proof my artworks?

If you are uploading a printable artwork, we require (1) business day for proofing.

Art File Types

What file type should I use to upload my artwork?

As stated in our art guide, we prefer to send final work as PDF, Ai, EPS or PSD files, although we accept high resolution image files as well as Adobe Indesign. Note that Indesign files require that you also send linked elements. Also note that there are very limited modifications to flattened PSD files and image formats such as JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. Ai, EPS or PSD files.

Art Resolution

What resolution should my art be?

As stated in our art guide, your images should be at least 72 DPI and a maximum of 150 DPI when placed on our templates. Some of our templates are created at half scale, so they are compatible with the maximum canvas size of Photoshop and Illustrators. For half-scale templates, you’ll need to double the DPI to at least 200 DPI. A good way to double check the DPI of an embedded image is to scale your work at 100%.

No, we are a company based on factory. We are not good at designing.

How does your order process work?

The order process begins when you place an order by WhatsApp, email or on our website (please note: uploading artwork does not place an order)

One of our sales staff will send you the sales order, confirming the shipping information, the arrival date, the display information, etc.

When you upload a printable artwork, our designer will review the artwork and send a digital proof or mention any corrections needed. The final artwork must be approved by the client to our designer via email

Once the artwork is approved and paid for, WEGO Display will send the order to production

After production, WEGO Display will send you a tracking email detailing the tracking information for all orders

DISPLAY INFORMATION

Dye Sublimation Graphics

I see most of your graphics are printed with dye sublimation, what is that?

What is unique about this process is that it creates graphics by using inks in gas form (disperse dyes). First, print the graphics onto transfer paper. Then use a heat press to place the transfer paper on the item you are decorating. The heat causes the dry inks on the transfer paper to change from a solid state to a gaseous state and penetrate the polyester fabric.

When heated, the polymers in the polyester cause the ink to bond, resulting in permanent graphics that are fully embedded in the material.

Damaged or Defective

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please see our Returns and Exchanges section for more information. If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. If your product is damaged or defective, please send WhatsApp(+86-18968072111) messages to us within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return authorization number. Packages without an authorization number returned to our location or our supplier’s warehouse will be rejected upon delivery.

Warranty

What type of warranty does my display come with?

As described in our Returns and Exchanges section, many of our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and almost all come with a limited warranty of at least one year. Please check the product description for a specific product for more details on the return policy and/or warranty information for that product.

Return/Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

As stated in our Returns and Exchanges section, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for undamaged returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping and restocking charges unless the product is damaged or defective. If you plan to return any item to our store, please contact us within 7 days. Many of our items are not eligible for this return policy, such as custom printed graphics or custom exhibits. Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted.

Graphic cleaning

How do I clean up my graphics?

Most of our fabric graphics are machine washable. Be careful to air dry and use a very low roller setting. Also, all fabric graphics are dry cleanable. Please refer to the fabric care instructions document for your specific graphic.

Do you have the ability to create custom displays and layouts?

Can you ship using my UPS/FedEx Account?

International Shipping

Where do your displays ship from and where to ship to?

We ship displays directly from China this moment. We will set up USA team in the near future.

As stated on our shipping page, FedEx is our default carrier and WEGO Displays will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as FedEx visits your country. We have shipped trade show exhibits and accessories to many different locations, but we most often ship within the US, Canada, UK, France, German and Australia.

Turn-Around Time

How long does it take to receive my display?

Many of our displays can be delivered to USA, Canada, UK, France, German and Australia. within (15) business days of artwork approval and payment. Extrusion-based displays such as SEG popup and Ipole system may take (7-15) business days to deliver, depending on your location and the size of the display. As you scroll down, we list the turnaround times for each display on individual product pages in the Product Details section in the middle of the page.
