Damaged, defective or missing products

If your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. If your product is damaged, defective or missing any item, please WhatsApp (+86-18968072111) to us within 3 working days after delivery. After confirmation we will give you an authorization number. Packages without an authorization number returned to our location or our supplier’s warehouse will be rejected upon delivery.

If your product is damaged due to mishandling by a shipping company with which your shipment is insured, we will do our best to expedite the claim and correct the situation. While we will endeavour to assist our customers in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred when shipping replacement products or repairs.

Once a shipment is in the possession of a third party shipper and tracking information is provided to the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor that shipment and delivery. WEGO Displays does not actively monitor all shipments with third party shippers. If there is a problem, we will ask the customer to notify us immediately or within 1 business day of the estimated delivery date, so that we can work with the third party shipper to develop a quick and reasonable solution

Warranty Information

Almost all of our products come with a one-year limited warranty. Please check the product description for a specific product for more details on the return policy and/or warranty information for that product.

Hard shipping cases and floors have a limited warranty against damage or manufacturer’s defects upon initial delivery. We require notification within 3 days of initial delivery to complete a warranty claim. Warranty will not apply after 3 days or if the product is used within those 3 days.

Other Returns and Exchanges

For undamaged returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for all shipping and restocking charges unless the product is damaged or defective. If you plan to return any item to our store, please contact us within 7 days. Many of our items are not eligible for this return policy, such as custom printed graphics or custom exhibits. Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted.

Additionally, we understand the fast-paced and deadline-driven nature of this industry and will work to drive the replacement or replacement process in a timely manner keeping your show dates in mind.
